Mountain and River Activities teaches navigation skills in the Bannau Brycheiniog - Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia National Parks.

We  supply  bespoke courses in navigation.

LEVEL ONE

On completion of this award, participants will be able to plan and follow simple walks in the countryside mainly on paths and tracks.

Cost 2 Days £100 includes certificate. Min of 6 persons.

LEVEL TWO

On completion of this award participants will be able to plan and follow walks in the countryside away from paths and tracks,additional to those of the Level One.

Cost 2 Days £120 includes certificate. Min of 6 persons.

These are not Leadership Awards.

NAVIGATION 1

Our leaders will coach you through all aspects of basic navigation from symbols, scales,grid references, measuring distance, taking bearings. The ideal course for beginners equipping you with the basic skills to explore the mountains with confidence.

Cost 1 Day £80 p.p. Based on 6 persons or more.

NAVIGATION 2

If you want to improve your navigation skills then this 2 day course covering the more advanced techniques of navigation will give you the ability to confidently find your way day or night and in bad weather conditions.

Cost 2 Days £180 p.p. Based on 4 persons
