Coasteering is a physical activity that encompasses movement along the intertidal zone of a rocky coastline on foot or by swimming. It is a high adrenaline day coasteering sessions take place on the Gower, Pembroke, Swansea, and Ogmore

by Sea South Wales. These stunning parts of South Wales are characterised by a combination of sandy beaches and rugged coastline and is the ideal location for coasteering.


Coasteering in South Wales is a great group activity but one which is a physically demanding activity.


However it is one which gives you a really high adrenaline buzz for its duration.

It is a fantastic activity for groups the coasteering session would normally last around

3 - 4 hours. We operate our coasteering sessions in Wales all year. However this activity is weather and tide dependent.


Cost :- From £40 p.p Min Group size 10.


Smaller Groups accepted please enquire for costs.

Old trainers with good tread that you don't mind getting wet,swimming costume,

thin base layer, warm clothes to change into after the session,old shorts with drawstring to go over the wetsuit,towel, plastic bag for all of your wet kit Waterproof Camera (optional)

We will Provide:- Wetsuit,Helmet,Buoyancy Aid,Safety Equipment,Hot Drinks

during the winter months groups will be issued with rash vest and Neoprene gloves,socks and balaclavas
